A Study on Strategies to Improve Elementary School Teachers' Professionalism in the Context of Integrated Education

چکیده
Integrated education is an educational concept of special education, which refers to the provision equal quality and related services for all children, including those with needs, in regular classes schools community, based on belief meeting diverse learning needs children. In recent years, elementary school level has become main basis development integrated number children attending gradually increased, placing higher demands professionalism teachers. This study aims improve teachers context at three levels: administration, teachers, will not only inject new energy into teachers' professionalism, but also better promote "class attendance" China.
